Your rights
Your purchase is covered by the Australian Consumer Law. If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Digital products
Reports, PDFs and downloads are delivered instantly, so I don’t offer refunds for change of mind. If a file doesn’t work or isn’t what was described, email me and I’ll sort it out.

Source Soul Codes deck: pre-orders
Changed your mind before your deck ships? Email me any time before dispatch for a full refund. If there’s a significant delay to delivery, I’ll let you know and you can choose to wait or take a full refund.

Source Soul Codes deck: after delivery

Damaged or faulty: please email me photos as soon as you can and I’ll send a replacement or refund your purchase, including postage.
Change of mind: I’ll accept unopened decks, with the paper band intact, within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is at your cost, and I’ll refund the deck price once it arrives back with me.
Opened decks: I can’t take these back for change of mind, as each deck is a personal, energetic tool.
